One day, after yet another great meal with friends at the GASTRONOMIC CLUB, it was time for our beloved Gin tonics. Just relaxing, enjoying each other’s company and the sobre mesa (what’s that you may ask? It’s how we spend two hours at lunch: talking). We had gone to the market, visited our regular stalls, bought all the goodies and discussed with our friends which farmer had the best cheese. Then off we went for a wine before preparing lunch. Life felt good; I mean really good. And that’s when we thought, this is exactly what we should do with our guests.
We will walk to one of the Central Market of San Sebastian where we´ll meet local farmers and producers and will buy a variety of seasonal products directly from them.
Once we arrive to a our private Gastronomic Club, we will grab a glass of wine and start to prepare the delicacies we purchased in the market. Some will need to be cooked, some others will be ready to be tasted!
The menu will be based in seasonal products, fresh veggies, some local charcuterie & fresh fish and seafood
